Welcome to DigiHub Educational Foundation.
By accessing or using the DigiHub website, registering for a workshop, creating an account, making a payment, or participating in our referral program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. About DigiHub
DigiHub Educational Foundation provides educational and digital-skills programs designed to help students and learners understand and use modern digital and artificial intelligence tools.
Our current program includes the AI Workshop – Rural AI Creator Program.
2. Workshop Registration
The workshop registration fee is ₹450 unless otherwise stated on the website.
Workshop details including date, venue, duration, eligibility, and learning content may be displayed on the relevant workshop page.
Registration becomes confirmed after successful payment verification by our system.
3. Payment
Payments are processed through the payment gateway available on the DigiHub website.
The payment amount, transaction status, and payment reference may be recorded for registration and administrative purposes.
Users must provide accurate information during registration and payment.
DigiHub is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, payment-provider issues, bank failures, network failures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Account Registration
Users are responsible for providing accurate and current information while creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must not share your password or knowingly allow another person to use your account.
DigiHub may restrict or suspend an account where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these terms.
5. Referral Program
DigiHub may operate a referral-based rewards system associated with eligible workshop registrations.
Referral rewards are calculated according to the rules configured by DigiHub at the time of the relevant transaction.
A referral reward may be recorded only after the underlying eligible payment has been successfully verified.
The referral system does not represent a guarantee of income or earnings.
Users must not:
• Create fake accounts
• Refer themselves
• Manipulate referral relationships
• Use fraudulent payment activity
• Attempt to exploit technical errors
• Create accounts solely to manipulate the referral system
• Submit false or misleading information
DigiHub may cancel or reverse rewards associated with fraudulent, refunded, disputed, or otherwise invalid transactions.
6. Earnings and Withdrawals
Eligible referral earnings may appear in the user’s DigiHub dashboard after the relevant transaction has been verified.
Displayed earnings may be subject to verification and adjustment where a transaction is reversed, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise determined to be invalid.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the applicable withdrawal rules and verification process.
Payments for approved withdrawals may be processed manually by DigiHub.
DigiHub does not guarantee a specific withdrawal processing time unless expressly stated.
7. Educational Content
Workshop content is provided for educational and skill-development purposes.
Participation in a workshop does not guarantee employment, income, business results, academic results, or any specific career outcome.
AI tools, software, platforms, and technologies may change over time. Workshop content may therefore be updated when reasonably necessary.
8. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems
• Introduce malicious software or code
• Interfere with website functionality
• Misuse another user’s account
• Submit fraudulent information
• Abuse the referral system
• Attempt to manipulate payment or withdrawal records
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, graphics, text, educational materials, logos, and other DigiHub materials belong to or are used by DigiHub with appropriate authorization.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit DigiHub materials without appropriate permission.
10. Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party services including payment gateways, hosting providers, email services, analytics services, and external platforms.
Third-party services operate according to their own terms and policies.
DigiHub is not responsible for independent failures or policy changes of third-party services.
11. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website and services available and functional.
However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, network failures, security incidents, or circumstances outside our control.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DigiHub shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from temporary website interruptions, third-party service failures, unauthorized user activity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
