a. General Refund Terms We offer refunds for eligible services or program payments within 5 days of the original transaction date. After this period, payments are considered final and non-refundable.

b. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested for the following:

Course or workshop registration fees (if canceled by the participant within 5 days of payment)

Duplicate or incorrect payments

Technical issues resulting in failure to deliver a paid digital product or service

Donations are generally non-refundable, except in cases of:

Duplicate transactions

Fraudulent or unauthorized payment

c. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original method of payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Program or Event Cancellation by Digi Hub

In the event that a program, course, or event is canceled by Digi Hub, registered participants will receive a full refund. We will notify participants via email and provide details about refund processing or alternative options.

b. Cancellation by Participant

Participants may cancel their registration within 5 days of payment for a full refund, provided the course or event has not yet started.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

Requests made after the 5-day window

Services already rendered or partially completed

Digital downloads or resources once accessed or downloaded

No-shows for scheduled events or programs

Refund - refund will be credited to your original payment method within 4-5 business days.

On cancellations , refunds will be credited into you original payment methods within 5-7 days
